● Part of metallic structure, roll the steel plate to U-shape slot, weld with I-steel to form box beam, then to compose the main girder. The end carriage is also box cross beam made of rolled U-shape slot. For convenience of transportation, the main girder and end carriage are jointed with high strength screws.
● Traveling mechanism, separate driving is applied for such cranes. The driving brake is finished through conic motor and the transmission is through “open-close” type gears.
● Electric equipments, asynchronous motors with single-speed are applied for such kind of cranes. For those cranes controlled from the ground, the traveling speed is 20/min,30m/min; and for those in the driver’s cabin, the speed is 45m/min,60m/min and 75m/min. the cranes fitted with safety devices have high reliability.
